Who doesn't like to party with your friends? Zumba is a great way of creating a new social circle and making lots of new friends. Come to Zumba 2-3 times a week (or more!) to catch up with your friends and get your blood pumping. At Zumba with Hope, Zumba isn't just a form of exercise, it's a passion and a family.

MUSIC/MOOD/MIND

Zumba's roots lie in hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, and mambo. In our hectic day-to-day schedule, it is important to be mindful of our mental health. Dancing to the Zumba's lively mix of song and dance helps the release of endorphins as you move your body to the varied beats, horns and percussion-- you just can't help but feel happy while dancing!
